This Affiliate Agreement is valid for an initial term of 3 months, with the option for renewal or revision based on performance, program updates, or business needs.

Commission & Payouts

• 10–20% commission on each qualifying sale.
• Payments are issued monthly, based on tracked performance via our affiliate platform.
• Commission is based on net sales (excluding discounts, returns, and shipping)
  

🎁 Audience Discount Code

• Each affiliate receives a personalized discount code offering 12% off for their audience
• Codes must be used as issued and cannot be changed without approval.
  

🏆 Bonus Milestone Rewards

• $100 gift card for reaching $1,000 intracked sales for two consecutive months.
• iPhone reward for achieving $10,000 in total sales or $5,000 in two consecutive months.
• Milestone rewards are reviewed and approved at Sauce Pantry’s discretion.
  

📈 Content Use & Rights

• Affiliates are encouraged to create original content (UGC, recipes, demos, skits).
• If content is submitted directly to Sauce Pantry for promotional use (e.g., ads or cross-platform posting), affiliate links will be maintained where applicable.

📌 Conduct & Brand Representation

Affiliates must:

• Use approved assets and messaging where required.
• Refrain from making false claims, unapproved comparisons, or negative statements about other brands.
• Represent Sauce Pantry with values aligned to sustainability, quality, and accessibility.
• Not engage in spam tactics, offensive content, or misleading promotions.
• Sauce Pantry reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the affiliate fails to meet conduct standards or misrepresents the brand.
