Process:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
    • Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork, then rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake the Potatoes:

    • Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the skins are crispy and a fork can easily pierce through the flesh.
  3. Cut and Fluff the Potatoes:

    • Once baked, remove the potatoes from the oven. Let them cool slightly, then cut a slit down the middle of each potato. Gently squeeze the ends to fluff the insides.
  4. Top with Zafy Sauce:

    • Spoon about 1/2 oz of Sauce Pantry Zafy Sauce over each baked potato, letting it seep into the fluffy potato.
  5. Add Optional Toppings:

    • If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the Zafy Sauce. The heat from the potato will melt the cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions or chives.
  6. Serve:

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve the potatoes hot.
